Keith Goldstein

Keith Goldstein

President and Chief Operating Officer

Keith leads Operations, and Product Strategy and Development at VerifyMe. He has 10 patents issued in the area of serialization, security printing and manufacturing, and transaction control processing.

Keith has more than 25 years of experience in strategic, operational, and financial management across a variety of industries. Most recently, he served as the North American Chief Executive Officer of ABCorp., a four-entity division of the American Banknote Corporation operating in the U.S. and Canada where he successfully grew the business through new product introductions and acquisitions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Margaret Gezerlis, ACCA

EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Margaret has over 15 years of expertise in “Big 4” public accounting firms as well as private and publicly listed companies, both domestically and globally. She is a value-driven leader and strategist, credited with implementing sound financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems in highly complex and regulated environments.

She has been with The CFO Squad LLC since February 2018 and provides a variety of CFO support from pre-audit services, M&A advisory, SEC compliance, tax compliance, financial reporting, and other services for clients.

With 28 years of experience, he is perpetually on the lookout for the next big technology idea and has been ranked in the top 100 CTOs in the country by leading publications. Sandy has a long history of managing large-scale infrastructure and developers located around the globe.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance for publicly listed companies most recently with GP Strategies. She holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from Canada.

Scott N. Greenberg

Executive Chairman of the Board

Mr. Greenberg served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX) from August 2018 until October 2021 when it was acquired by Learning Technologies Group. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of GP Strategies from April 2005 until July 2020. He was also the President of GP Strategies from 2001 to 2006. From 1999 to 2008, he was a director of GSE Systems, Inc. (GSE), a global provider of real-time simulation and training solutions which is a former majority-owned subsidiary of the company that was spun off in 2005. He was also a director of Wright Investors’ Service Holdings Inc., formerly National Patent Development Corporation (NPDC), from 2004 to January 2015. Scott served on the board of directors of GP Strategies beginning in 1987.

Christopher is an American entrepreneur, private equity investor, international best-selling author, and award-winning film producer. His first book, “The Pursuit of Happyness”, was published in May of 2006. The book became a major motion picture starring Will Smith. He established the institutional brokerage firm of Gardner Rich and Company (GRC), which executed transactions for institutions, public pension funds, and unions globally. He has also received NAACP Image Awards, The Peabody Award from PBS for the production of the documentary on the life of Dr. Maya Angelou, and ‘The Lone Sailor’ Award from the United States Navy Memorial Foundation. He is currently a Senior Advisor to Wisdom Tree Asset Management.

Marshall Geller

Non-Executive Vice Chairman

Marshall is a Senior Advisor to St. Cloud, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm focused on providing growth capital to the lower-middle market. He has extensive experience initiating, arranging, and making investments in public and private companies. He spent over twenty years as Senior Managing Director for Bear, Stearns & Company, with oversight of all operations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Hong Kong, and the Far East. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of GP Strategies Corporation (NYSE:GPX); COR Securities Holdings, Inc.; and the UCLA Health System. Marshall also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles.

Howard Goldberg

Director

Howard was appointed to the Board for his experience with being a director of other public companies and his legal expertise. He served as a director of Winthrop Realty Trust from 2003 until August 2016. He currently serves as a trustee for Winthrop Realty Liquidating Trust. Howard has served as a director of New York REIT, Inc. since March 2017. He has been retired since 1994 after a long career as a lawyer. He provided consulting services to the company through December 31, 2017.

Director

Arthur is the founder and chairman of Laffer Associates, an institutional economic research and consulting firm, as well as Laffer Investments, an institutional investment management firm utilizing diverse investment strategies. He has served as a director of EVO Transportation & Energy Services since August 2018, GEE Group since January 2015, and NexPoint Residential Trust since May 2015. Dr. Laffer’s economic acumen and influence in triggering a world-wide tax-cutting movement in the 1980s have earned him the distinction in many publications as “The Father of Supply-Side Economics.”

Adam Stedham

Director

Mr. Stedham is a senior executive of Learning Technologies Group plc and is CEO of GP Strategies and has served as CEO since June 2020. He also served as President from November 2017 to October 2021. Mr. Stedham joined GP Strategies in 1997, after 6 years as a nuclear reactor operator in the US Navy. He has held roles of increasing responsibility during his tenure, including leading operational service lines, directing acquisitions and divestitures, heading business development, and managing the Asia-Pacific region. He is also on the board of directors of GP Strategies and is the Chairman of the Board of Global Connections for Women, a non-profit organization. Mr. Stedham has significant expertise in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, learning and performance innovation, global operations, and strategic relationship management.
